Got a 1TB HDD for $60, and a 256GB SSD for $80.
I should take a picture of my junk drawer.
So many fucking SATA/power/adapters in there just from ordering parts, I could open my own cable store

But if you're starting from scratch, I probably would have ordered cables as well, because you don't always know if you're going to get some.

Yep, was worried that I'd go to attach my SSD and be like "lol fuk no cable". I do believe I'm ready to put everything tomorrow evening or wednesday now, though. Providing all my shipments come in.

To the all the married guys, quick question. Do you guys wear your wedding ring on the finger? My good friend teaches martial arts, so he doesn't wear it. Other friend wear it on necklace... but in general most ppl wear it, so just randomly wondering.

I'm not married, but the only people I know who wear them are those who don't do physical work. My dad and uncle are both tradesmen, and I know that my dad only wears it when hes at a wedding or on a vacation.

If wearing it doesn't present a problem, then sure. Obviously take it off when working on machinery or whatever else that might cause problems.

I don't typically wear jewelry at all, except a watch, and MomHawk knew that going in.

I do have several wedding bands though (mostly titanium bands of some sort, I like they don't scratch) but only wear one of them occasionally.

My original gold band which I wore just about every day was lost many years ago, by my beautiful Bride.

We were at a friend's house and I was helping him work on his ATV. I put the ring on my keychain which was sitting on the trunk of our car with some other items. A couple of ladies decided they needed to make a run to the store for the later planned cookout. MomHawk hops in the car and doesn't notice the stuff on the trunk.

Most the items fell off in the driveway, but the last couple (including my keys) survived until the first hard turn. Pretty sure it went down a storm drain but was never found. MomHawk's statement that has haunted her (and by haunted I mean I remind her of) ever since "Well, we heard something and thought, 'hhmmmm wonder what that was' but we didn't think much of it and kept on going".

So, since I no longer have "the ring" I have an out.

I usually wear my wedding ring on my finger.

The exceptions were when I was on active duty in the Army and when undergoing surgery.

Why do you ask .......

I always wear mine unless I'm doing something that'll mess it up/get it stuck on my finger if it were crushed... Like working on the car or at the gym.

Got a 1TB HDD for $60, and a 256GB SSD for $80.
Damn storage has gotten cheap

Both were on sale. The HDD was 40% off and the SSD was $50 off. I couldn't pass up the SSD, since it was double the storage for only 15 or so more bucks than the 120. And to think I was originally looking at 60GB SSD's haha
