Just installed the Velox fuel rail covers. Nothing fancy.

Ordered the Tomei Expreme UEL headers. Will be here Friday and my exhaust will finally be finished. I just hope it’s not too loud with the Tanabe OP, Tanabe catless FP and Invidia N1.

Too a day off from work to have a track day and hear those tires squeal.

Haha true. Its a bit too much for me, and pricey, but I'm sure it actually does what its supposed to.

Today I added two tiny 6.75" subs to my rear seats. Practical, and they whomp hard!

Finally got time to fix a pesky oil leak on the return and feed lines.

The return line especially had failed spectacularly by billowing smoke from dripping right on tot he header runners where it meets the oil pan. Basically, the hose clamp wasn't doing its job and the hose too had seen some wear weirdly.

Mocal USA hooked me up with a sweet return line complete with heat/flame sleeve that I also wrapped with heat reflective tape since it passes close to the header.

The oil feed line and restrictor were also leaking oil and apparently it had to do with the cheap hardware. So replaced them.

PRL also didn't include a coolant line kit for the GTX 2867R gen2 upgrade and fellow member Decay107 brought to my attention. SO ordered up the necessary hardware and got them plumbed to coolant point at the throttle body.

So far, no more oil leaks or coolant leaks.

I bought one of those. I think it was $34 with free shipping. It was so shitty I threw it away after a week. It looked decent from 20+ feet, so I'm considering the OLM carbon fiber one now.

Haha, good to know. I won't go that cheap then.

Also, newbie question, how do I thank people's post here in the forum? I don't see any buttons for me to do that.

After you have about 10 posts, a thanks button will appear at the bottom of posts.

I have that Ebay $60 one. It has stood up under 3 Canadian winters with zero issues and still looks great.
Since I am lowered it also makes a great driveway snowplow for a few months each year.
