Truth is there aren't a lot of options if you don't want it eating up trunk space. I already have problem enough fitting a hockey bag in there, which takes up pretty much exactly 100% of the room, and would constantly push up against anything in there.
Attach the mount in the spare tire well? Or underside of trunk lid. Or get a mount from The Bracketeer

"I'm really liking the looks of that new Toyota Yaris I saw on the road the other day! I think I'll go to the dealership and take a look!"

Two days later at the dealer while looking at a 2018 Yaris:

"What the fuck is this??"

Trying to figure out custom gauge mounting... Currently wrestling with "why am I stubborn" and "how do I fix this" using a 3d printed 3 52mm gauge bezel and plan to run the single DIN headunit

That's a really clever way to mount them. Looks like it's gonna be a huge pain in the ass though. Good luck

@Ashikabi it'll be worth it! There's so much spare room, easy access for wiring, routing to the firewall is simple... They just need to look a little better. The headunit doesn't have a CD player so it's much shorter than usual too!

CD player are useless. If this had been an option when I looked for my gauge I would have definitely considered it

Garage
Topped up coolant and screenwash.
Checked battery levels and oil.

Had my tires rotated last week. They were all at 32 psi. Topped those up to 35.
Getting ready for the Ocean Shores run this weekend.

Was going to change oil if I were to make the NorCal meet, but I found something different.
At 66968 miles now. I'll do it when I get back.

Have not washed it since last Aug when I got it painted after getting a shunt in the arras.
Should do that too next week.

The wing did quite a bit. W/o it the nose would land first. In the vids the car stayed balanced and touched down rear first just by a tad.
