Hahaha dude that first area was ridiculous. Can't wait to see how crazier it will get. Can't believe we got through it in the fashion we did.

I'll be down to give it another try probably tomorrow night. Unfortunately it's tuesday so we'll have to start from the beginning again.

lolz NICE. I want to be able solo the first two parts with all my characters especially if I can't get a group to do the whole thing. At minimum I just want some lewts.

It's pretty simple once you know how to do it.
There's some videos on YouTube but I'm uploading some if you want to see.

Ended up getting arm pieces for my hunter and boots for the warlock.

You know, now that the word is getting out that you can solo the first 2 sections of the new Raid, Bungie will make changes to prevent this. Of course, in true Bungie fashion, not only will these changes probably make the Raid more difficult but it will probably introduce a series of glitches (for the worse) that will never get fixed.

BTW, I still need to do this weeks Nightfall since I got tied up with volunteer work last night so if anyone wants to run it tonight I'm down.

That's why I'm doing it as much as I can now.
I typically don't play long enough during the day while others are on so it's tough for me to get a raid group unless I want to do it with randoms in the middle of the night.

Randoms are better than you'd think, I wouldn't completely discount them. Some of my best and fastest VoG raids were randoms I picked up on DestinyLFG.com

More than half the time I end up with a group of stoners who, for some reason, need to announce every few minutes that they are either high, going to get high, how they can't wait to get high, or bubbly noises in the mic.

I've ran with a few good teams for sure but it's just a pain in the ass process to get one in my experience.
The good teams were usually Brits or Aussies.
Any American playing at the time I do probably doesn't have a job.

I've noticed that too, some of the best players I've run with when someone resorted to LFG or something to fill a 6 person team, they had British or Aussie accents, and typically they were really driven and knew what to do. Most of the LFG people I've run with are pretty solid, made a few friends and raid go-tos along the way.

I know you're on late, but what times usually? Now that I have a 1yo, late night is becoming the only time I can really get some time in.
