Greddy Evo 3 Front Pipe Connection Pic Request

Anyone got a picture of the front pipe end of an Evo3 midpipe? Looking to see:
  • what the flange looks like
  • will mate up with a 2.75" Frontpipe designed for no doughnut gasket
  • does it neck down at the flange or is it true 2.75"

If I remember my install, which was over 6 months ago, the pipe did not slim down at the flange.

Do you recall if it used the stock gasket and spring bolts or a regular flat gasket and regular bolts?

It came with a new gasket and bolts, but it bolted up just fine to a stock frontpipe, so I think as long as the gasket you want to use is designed to bolt up to oem, you should be fine

That's just it, none of my front pipes (except the stock one) use the oem gasket anymore. I have modified everything to use regular flat gaskets. Thinking about converting to the ultimate racing 2.75 front and over pipe and want to make sure the Evo3 will bolt up to a flat face flange without any fitment issues

I had an issue with my Buddy Club Spec II and J2 front pipe, the buddy club had curves ( for the donut gasket and the j2 was flat a regular flange/gasket , i tried everything, but i would always have a slight leak ( flutter until it warms up)

I just bought the greddy evo 3 and ultimate racing over front pipe combo during Black Friday! They are both sitting in my room now. I can take a picture of the flang for you later tonight like 10pm PST.

Gonna install this coming up weekend super stoked about it!

I was thinking of that same setup let us know how it sounds.
Are you going with stock header?
What option did you go with on the front pipe (straight, Ressonated, Ceramic or metal CAT)
Thanks

Sorry to restart an old thread, but this is exactly what I'm inquiring about.

I know the EVO3 fits the OEM front pipe and wanted to get a bigger frontpipe, so does the frontpipe need to have OEM donut flange to fit the EVO3 or will flat flange work too?
