HKS GTIII RS Turbo Build Help/Advice
Hello FTFam!
I’m in the process of going turbocharged and I want some advice on parts. I want to know if I’m under doing or overdoing any parts here such as I beams vs H beams being overkill. My horsepower goal is 400whp so I will be building the engine, I will also be running E85 pretty much exclusively so if the Flex Fuel kit from Delicious Tuning isn’t required let me know. I’ll probably have to replace the CV joints as well since this is a good jump from stock, I’ve heard mixed reviews about the Driveshaft Shop Pro Level kit. Just buy a Iag stage 2 short block my guy if you're going to do pistons and rods.

You think it's gonna be cheaper or is it just a better option? I don't have anywhere to store my OEM block.

Some companies will take the core. i.e. your oem block and reuse it
