For anyone on the durban highway, it just arrived in port kembla (Sydneys Drop-off) and all of a sudden my delivery date has jumped 3 days closer to next tuesday, so i'd check up on it guys, apparently its well ahead of schedule!

I thought it was me at 9 months after initially ordering in June, (it certainly felt like it!) but I'll bet there's probably others out there who haven't posted on the forums that are still waiting.

Most of the people here with similar waits to mine were smart enough to try different dealers to get a quicker order. There was one poor fellow on another forum that ordered in early July, and is still waiting (for a GT!).

It was pretty painful seeing people who ordered well after mine getting their deliveries, so I feel for anyone still waiting! But I can definitely say - it was worth the wait!

They must have cut back on the GT in preference for the GTS as my original order of 2 July was for a GT MT - that car is now being built April and I still have the tracking for it

I'd ordered that after being told, and confirmed by TMCA wait time was around 2/3 months whereas GTS was 12-18 months

Ordered mine at the end of June, has been a very very long wait but its almost over... dealer called and I will be picking it up this weekend

Well done mate!! There have been quite a few of us that have endured a 7-8 month wait! Can't be many longer than you so enjoy the ride when it arrives

WooHoo - Just heard that the GT I ordered in July and was going to be delivered in Sept 2012 ..... is now going to be built in May and delivered by July 2013! Thank God for Zero letting me know about the car I actually bought in November!!!

Same cuddefred!! The GT I ordered 2 July is being built April so that wouldn't be delivered until June anyway!!

Great to catch up with 'Mark Marsh' today at Lakeside, awesome day with the MX5 Club FULL day on the track! 9 runs for me and I managed 65 laps!!

Funny how you 'speak' with people here and then actually meet them, and only realise after asking 'have you been on any forums?' and find out! Hope you had a good day watching me circulating around Mark!! That's one very nice looking 86!! Love the 18" alloys!!!

Greaat MM!! Now actually got 1,000km on it after a run up the Sunshine Coast yesterday

Coffee run this morning [current have this week off] and saw a nice Tornado Grey GTS BP Northbound - hahaha, turned out to be 'PANMAN' and his 86 looks awesome with the TRD rear lip and the wheels - I mentioned to him about QR in May and if he would like to join us

Ordered the parts at Keystar Subaru this morning for the spare, will be here Tuesday, $22 I think all up

Lawns today so I can go to Lakeside for a look tomorrow!!

Likewise 'Panman' was great!! I've got in the habit of asking 86 owners I meet have they done the 'forum' thing, so amazing!!
