oil filter???

i found this on ebay
http://www.ebay.com/itm/SUBARU-FORES...r#ht_500wt_949

it says its for a forester but it has the same part number as the BRZ

will it fit?

No guarantee for the same part number the bottom line is the actual size of it if its fit or not but part number can be a basis but not at all times.

I picked these up not too long ago, haven't used one but I did take one out of the box to compare.

Yes they look identical and I would be very surprised if it did not fit.
