CB radio

Hey all! So, I have a 2018 86 and recently ordered a mini 19 CB radio. I had one in my old car and was looking to install one in Ginger. The real reason for my post is, has anyone else mounted a CB in their cars? If so, where did you find the most convenient placement for it to be? If you have not, any suggestions on where you may think a good placement for the unit would be? The link for the radio is posted below.

I have a HAM radio but it is "headless" so the radio body is mounted in the trunk up under the rear shelf. Out of curiosity why did you choose CB instead of GMRS or HAM?

To be honest, I have used CB for pretty much as long as I have used radio communications. I stick with what I'm comfortable with. I have an FCC license and want to get into bigger and better communication methods at some point...
