Haha i bought it cuz I thought I was losing it but turns out there was just none in the overflow tank thing so I didnt need it. Just PM me when you want to meet up to pick it up. Im in the SW.

Hey guys, new owner of a used FR-S here in edmonton. In a few months I am thinking about getting a header and a tune done. Where in edm would be best for something like that?

I'm probably gonna do the same thing next yet, but I'll probably bring it to Vex in Calgary. haven't heard of great places in Edmonton really

Why don't you just install the header yourself (or get any shop to do it, its easy) and then get an E-tune from Graham at FT-86 speedfactory? I went through 3 tuners before I found him and I am very very happy.

I am thinking about open flash tablet and the open flash header. I saw a Canadian online place that sells both for 999.00 presumably Canadian dollars. Is this a good deal?

I heard a custom tune is always better than a prebought tune?

I would still hire someone to install my header as I am mechanically useless.

I also heard good things about intake spacers. Not sure they do much when combined with other bolt-ons and a tune though.

I use ECU Tek but they both have pro's and con's. Flash tablet is easier to use as far as I know but ECU Tek is easier to get a custom tune for. Dont quote me on that though as I know very little about the tablet. I know Mr. Barrington at BRZ world (I have talked to him alot) he is a really good guy and I would order from him again for sure. (also I think his site is USD I delt with him vis email)

You are right about a dyno tune vs a can tune but with ecu tek it is a custom tune for your car. I am sure its not as good as a dyno tune but it sure is close. If you are ever in Calgary I can show you what ECU Tek is all about.

I will be winter driving my frs (can't afford a car that does not run 7+ months of the year.) So I might take you up on that offer near december!
