Gen 2 HKS Exhaust/driveshaft clearance?

Just installed a spec L II exhaust on my BRZ and I'm a bit concerned about the clearance between the exhaust and the driveshaft.

Admittedly I didn't check the clearance of the stock exhaust before removing it so I have no frame of reference.

I'd say there's about 3/8" at its closest? (there is a gap, but I couldn't fit my fingers between them. (specifically the resonator tube is closest)

afaik there is no rubbing and everything was put together correctly. Though the mid-pipe flanges didn't want to sit perfectly flush.
