HBP 1,000 cc injectors Nameless headerback JRDROC fluid dampr E-85 as much as I can, sometimes have to go back to 93 Delicious flexfuel tune I've put 10k miles on it since June, bought it used with alleged 5k miles. Tracked @ Sebring, PittRace, and Road Atlanta. BTW, the vibration issue I posted a while back was due to the cf driveshaft. I replaced it with a stock one and had no issues reaching 140 at Road Atlanta. The manufacturer is checking it to see if it's out of balance or if my drivetrain is too stiff for it. |

JR C30 kit, 91 octane standard tune, JR oil cooler and Rotrex cooler. No other engine/exhaust mods.
Its been on the car for 20k miles. Its my daily and occasional DE car. Only issue I've had with the kit was the supplied diverter valve which I replaced with the RK valve after the 2nd one failed. Its been exactly what I hoped for. Reliable and gave the car some ass. |

Hey guys, just got a kit used. I was wondering if one of you long term jrsc guys could give us the high points of this 373 page thread? TL;DR of sorts for the c30/c38 kits?

tl dr= forced induction does not make your car a time bomb. replace the kits air filter and inline oil filter every two years or 50k miles. oil cooler is A MUST if you track if you track more than once a year.

Perrin Pulley Unichip Injen Intake Stabilus hood Props Your injane intake will be replaced. Perrin pullley does not do much more than looking good. A damper pulley would help better with FI. I don't know what is unichip. You will need either factory tune from JR or CSGMike can also help you with etune. Like HaXx wrote, getting an oil cooler is a very good idea if you will ever track the car, even once. If you install yourself or get it installed at a shop, pay attention to pipe/hose joints for boost and vacuum leaks. Also, the EVAP purge solenoid under the intake manifold is known to leak, clamp both ends of the hoses connected to that solenoid Since your kit is used, you will probably need the followings which are available from JR or CSG. - Rotrex sx150 traction fluid and filter - Accessory belt specific for JRSC - Air filter - Plastic Check valve connected to vacuum hose on the intake manifold (good idea to get a new one) - Recirculation valve (if too old) Also, I would replace the MAF sensor with a brand new one since your car is 2013. |

I already have the kit installed, and the car is dedicated track car My Build thread I guess just looking for anything in the thread that needs to be pointed out after so many people have ran the kit for years now, like "tips and tricks" kinda info. I have a catch can, and everything is running great right now.
