anyone install cusco front member power brace?
Got a cusco fm power brace and wondering if anyone has instaled one and possiblybly also the front lower armrs.
any commentary to its affects if any noticeable? im also curious to know if the aluminum scratch plate fits back over it once the brace is bolted down? thanks |

Yea all the underpanels fit over it no problem.
I put all my bracing in at the same time as long with my coils. Kinda hard to tell what did what. But it's felt much different. I'm sure the bracing is a big help

I have em both. Everything fits perfect and all stock belly pans go back into place as normal. I am now using the GTSpec lower control arm braces with cross brace in place of the Cusco lower arm braces. Mine is considerably more rigid than before the bracing but I have significant rear bracing as well. Vehicle is tied to the road very well. Meaning the vehicle is transmitting exactly what is happening at the tires and road surface.

Yeah I have all the underbody bling from cusco that nobody can see. Car feels stiff, but not so much more than stock. I am hoping its going to be helping the chassis stiffness last a lot of years.

I love the gains from chassis bracing. I may be more sensitive then some but I think bracing is a great mod. Cars feels much more planted and holds a line better in long sweepers.

I got the hks hipermax. Originally I thought it was a 8k/6k spring rate but recently I read it's 6k/4k. Which makes alot more sense to me. I think I dropped it about 2in and dampening set to about half all around. I can measure fender to groin when I get the chance.
