Highest pulse width

What is the highest port injection pulse width that has been logged at 7000rpm and above

I hit around 11.53 and it seems to not want to go higher from 7000 to 8400. Below 7000 it will hit mid 13s

I think I'm going to have to go larger on one set of my injectors.

Maf limit at 800 and load limit at 8

K24 80mm turbo 1150cc port 440 direct @23lbs
Ecutek RR sd in boost.

I don't really understand your question.
I think highest I have seen is 13ms but that was below 7000rpm.

wasnt a question

simply, with stock PI injectors, around 15ms they start to max out and lean afr out

i've seen many times , with FI and stock injectors and PI% too high, a pulse width of over 18ms, and afr was leaning out

I see it now.
Thanks, I thought i might be hitting a limit of some kind.

I have enough fuel to bog it from 5500rpm then it hits hard as it leans out and spools.

From all I can figure is that I have hit a load limit even though i have both tables set at 8. Injector pulse width climbs till I hit 4 then it never increases even though maf gs are (limited) at 1000 and sd maf is showing 1600g
I know It isnt using 1600 gs but the injectors should be wide open and they are not.

Has anybody went over 4g load successfully?

All 3 load limit tables changed?

Yes the top right is supposed to replace them from my understanding.

Ecutek says "Replaces OEM load limit maps to allow limit > 4"

Do you think it could be output min/max (total fuel quantity)? it is set at 400 default.

I cannot find any info on output min/max for the custom maps.
I am not using a custom map for fuel but I was wondering if the sd is using it?

fuel quantity stops at 311ul
engine load is 7.78 last flash

If you're not hitting 400 then it won't be that limit. Is there any way you can map in a custom map to control fuel at max boost and see if you can raise the fueling - perhaps using TPS vs RPM and output as fuel quantity minimum for example.

I was going to do that next it just seemed like a band aid fix.
The 400 is only a value it does not have a measurement unit specified.

it's what the custom maps are there for though, IMO. Other ECUs use TPS based load maps, so is not a crazy thing to do, maybe make it combine with a MAP/RPM map. Works well to smooth out the fuel delivery on boosted FA20s that get MAP fluctuations. If you really wanted to trouble shoot you could put it on one map mode and then use another to keep testing so you know you have a safe mode for when you need it.
