Oh, you're OK, it's pictures of your feet that some folks don't like -

The "meds" you're taking can bring on that sort of thinking. When you get to the point where you're burning small holes in your curtains with a cigarette to peek outside - it's time to back off the dose of the meds.

Random Thoughts - Part Deux

It’s hot in the shop today. This is 10-12 feet from the blast furnace.

I like how someone put in the effort to paint all over it "FREE JUNK!" like it wasn't garbage they just dumped somewhere...

It's like an open challenge to make it work again...

Funny thing is there was a pile of random scrap steel that sat near this with similar markings for at least a year and a half. I just took it in 2 weeks ago.

I laughed at the carefully wrapped output shaft, like that has some sort of value over the rest of it that looks like it was unceremoniously ripped from an engine bay with a bolt cutters and a prybar

Lol, I bet it's someone who passes by regularly and saw you took the steel in and determined that you clearly want their trash now.

Meanwhile, on Facebook, some redneck wannabe is saying how awesome it is that some dumbass somewhere will take anything you leave on the side of the road with the word "Free" on it. Not that you are a dumbass, the dumbass just thinks your a dumbass for taking it in.

Looks like a 200 or 250 (distributer at front). Not a bad engine and they used them for decades. Too bad it isn't a 300 though since those can command some cash. They are still used in a lot of dirt track sprint cars.
My 76 Ford van had a 240 that I swapped for a built 300. You can pull a pile of power through those things with very little work.
