Bad Catch Can?
I installed a Mishimoto catch can yesterday. Since there is one input and one output, I tough it would be easy. When I started my engine today, the idle was REALLY roughh. It was going from 500 rpm to 2700 rpm then get back to almost normal before to stop. If I touched the gaz, the engine would also stop.
I reconnected the way it was stock and my car is now running normally. It was installed on the circuit in the back of the engine ( the one that start from the head and goes into the intake manifold. I didn't have any leak... Am I the only one who got such issue? |

You have a vacuum leak somewhere. Most likely the can or the tubing.
