I call BS. If you were willing to spend that kind of scratch, it would still not be for a go-fast-in-a-straight-line rattle box.

I wouldn't mind driving one for a day but that's about it. (edit) Oops. I didn't even know about that SUV until now. Not even interested in driving it.

Actually the Durango gets pretty good reviews on the track. Short example, starting at 1:10

"An SUV should not be capable of handling like this." These will be popular cop cars.

Can you supply me with rotors for a 2wd '06 F150? That would be swell.

06? I could if you want to wait about 6 months until the next service order comes up. Probably cost more to ship hem then they would be worth though.

I saw an SRT8 at an autoX day a while back and it was pretty impressive. Dude was laying down respectable times.

I have seen a couple Challengers at track days and they are surprisingly quick for such a big car.

Side note, co-worker took his Cayman in for some work at the dealership and they loaned him a Taycan S for the day. He said the acceleration is nauseating

I had a co-worker that purchased a Tesla... He claimed that it "took him almost a year to not [unintentionally] drive like an a$$hole". I have no idea if the accelerator is as touchy as he claims, or if he just had a lead foot.

My co-worker said he had a hard time not mashing away from stoplights because it accelerates so effortlessly. You don't really notice how fast or hard it is pulling till you look at the speedo.

That was my experience when I test drove the Mach E. I'd take off, look down and be speeding. It took a little longer on the portion that was 65 but not much more.
