Storm Update: It mostly missed MY side of the island. Just a gentle rain through the night; good sleeping. Weather radar looked pretty ugly on the Hilo side, however.

Good the storm missed your side. It's storming now in Honolulu. Nice light show with fricken loud thunder. Massive flooding already occurred on H-1 freeway which is shut down by school street exit. Flash flood warning till tomorrow morning. Electricity is flickering. The tourist in Waikiki must be going WTH! Welps, we're in the hurricane season! First big storm for the hurricane season. All the hurricane's we've had that did massive damage have occurred in the even numbered years. Stay safe!

You two making me miss the rain, thunder & typhoons...............one thing i dislike the most about vegas is the boring desert weather... would love some rain & thunder right now.... and that smell in the air before storm is coming. Damn that smell is good....

HEY! It is rarely dirty (from April to November) just ask my wife since she complains all the time that I wash it so much.

I imagine my car might have been a more frequent target if it were red, or say, HOT LAVA.
