That's no sounding good.

How is your battery ? was it low or suspect.

Did you do any editing of rom or was it direct from oft downloads site ?

What were the errors you got do you remember the words.

will the oft read ecu info ?

Have you got ignition FULL on , not just accessory, without engine running.

make sure the connection to the oft and the obd port is good and pushed in correctly

Im assuming oft is powering up

The OBD ports on some cars are loose. and the data pins may not be contacting well.

Make sure plug is plugged all the way into the obd port, the bracket can bend.

Once its plugged in well, pull the plud towards you to put some sideways pressure on plug and socket see if oft will respond. If so try keeping that pressure on it for whole flash process. If that works get you obd socket in car fixed ASAP.

battery is still new and is fully charged.

all i did was adjust launch control on my the file i downloaded on the oft site i tried deleteing it and tried using the pre installed maps and it pulls up saying " An error occured while writing to the ECU please try again."

the OFT does not read ecu info

ignition turns fully on.

ok when you were editing the launch control were the boxes in romraider green and had numbers already in them like 0 or 2000. Or were they black and blank ?

Try removing the positive battery terminal from car.

Then press brake to bleed off any residual power.

Reconnect positive terminal to car.

Have oft plugged in

Turn on ignition to FULL on (do not try to start car)

On first turn on of ignition try to reflash car with oft.
use you stock rom as its known good

mate sent you a personal message on forum

Maybe try contacting oft guys Monday, but I think ecu is bricked, either due bad edits of rom or partial flash maybe due intermittent obd connector.

you could see if oft diagnostics work on another car that will test oft, but im pretty sure its ecu.
