Not today, but I've gotten some more work done over the past few weeks. Replaced the gauge cluster face, replaced the steering wheel, installed a Torque Solution short shifter, replaced almost all of the silver interior trim with black OEM, swapped in the VLAND headlights, installed bumper buttons to eliminate bumper sag, finally got the Tomei UEL header and OFT that I ordered in August, installed the header, and flashed the ECU.

Up next is pulling the headlights back out and replacing the halogen bulbs with HID since visibility is absolutely horrendous even with good halogens.

That's a short shifter?
It looks taller than my OEM shifter.

Short shifter is about throw, not height. Throw is a little over half stock even at that height.

CAE is porn. I am an IRP peasant.

Went to get emissions done and apparently the state has flagged my car. I have no idea how I got on the state's radar. Clean record, registration up-to-date, etc.

Now I have to get it emissions tested at a state facility. Stock header so no codes are being thrown, but it has an aftermarket front pipe... So this'll be fun

Drove on the freeway on monday to a small town just outside the city
....it was cold and slippery...and the rear end kicked out into the next lane a little bit at one point (no one near me thankfully). But i straightened out just as quick....thankfully i didnt lose control.

Was a bit of a dicey drive though, even with my winter tires on. Being just a touch of light snow i dont think it was really sanded or plowed...I even struggled up an incline a little bit (the speed limit was 100km/hr but i struggled to go up any faster than about 75 before the road flattened out)

On my way back home i took an alternate route through the city center which was lower speed and was far more stable feeling lol (and alot more traffic lol).

In the end, did not crash......

I find this car prefers lower tire pressures in the dicey conditions. I do prefer filling to the recommended 35 psi but with snow and such I feel like 32ish is better. I still run 35 though lol
