I got it stuck in the snow in downtown Seattle like a typical California transplant. Luckily some kind people helped me get it out.

Today I replaced all 20 of my wheel studs with ones that are supposed to be immune to breaking.

New stud vs old snapped stud

After pounding out the old studs (which was surprisingly easy), I used a nut and a few washers to pull the new stud into the hub

While I was in there I noticed that the sway bar end link I replaced less than a month ago was already rusted to shit

I also decided to replace the Scion/86 badges that I painted with better ones. Original painted badge with the paint chipping off

New and improved badge

I kinda preferred the semigloss black of the badges I painted, but if these don't chip then I'll live with the matte

They love to salt the roads to the extreme here in MD. Slightest hint of snow = salt the roads until they're whiter than paper.

got my car back last night. the clutch with the updated TOB feels so nice...the pedal is back to being very smooth and soft I grew used to the pedal getting heavier over time resealing job looks kinda sloppy and I now have a new whirring sound and slight smell of burning rubber coming from the accessory belt..guess we'll see how it turns out in a few years.

Clutch pocket is looking slick. Wish I'd been up in that when I was getting mine. Could have set my engine back further. Guess we will see where the shifter sits though

Purchased the Apex arc-8 wheels via the groupbuy on here. Super excited to use them for autocross and track.
