Steering creek
I started getting a steering creek/squeak when ever turned my steering wheel. I thought it was the Perrin lockdown bushings that had installed (3 weeks ago) that caused it. So I jacked up the car yesterday and seems the bolts weren't tightened down fully. The sound has left the driver side but still can hear it when I turn to the right every now and again.
I'm wondering if this might be a tie rod issue? Also the car pulls to right a little. So an alignment came to mind but not sure that would fix what I'm assuming. Also car feels bouncy. Not sure if it's because I'm still using winter tires. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk |

I'm thinking it's time to take your car in for an alignment -

May be the rubber seal on the steering shaft that's squeeking.
My '17 does it occasionally, I've seen a lot of customer cars do it, sometimes a bit of silicon based lube does the thing, sometimes not, I'm not even bothering with mine, it's not even worth bending down under the dash. |

Sometimes the pathways water follows are the results of thousands of years of erosion. It's near impossible to change its path by force, you just need to work around it.
Depending on how rural you are, we're definitely in mud season; it may not be a bad idea to clean the undercarriage. Several bushings could just be contaminated with mud and grime that are causing this. Turn the music up! |

I'll be posting sound clips once my car lives again! If you go to WBM2020 (if it's even on at that time) we'll have to be quad tip mafia
