Maybe the nick on the metal is causing my belt to walk.

'h' in the diagram i posted before.

i would file the face down to be smooth(with a hand file) and re-check.

'h' should really be the only idler pully that can cause belt misalignment, as it's a smooth pulley, relying on the grooves of the alterator and a/c pulley's to keep the belt straight. the other 2 idler's have the groves that would guide the belt to where it needs to be

Look elsewhere. Interesting issue. Video might show something. Try to shoot at different angles to show all the pulleys. Look to reference each in line with others as much as possible.

I took off my new OEM Subaru belt and put on my old used Subaru belt. The video shows the belt moving up and down on the tensioner pulley. I don’t see any more walking which is good. I feel like I am making progress. In the video, it has all three new idler pulleys along with the old used Subaru belt. This is an interesting issue like what you guys said. I will upload video later today.

I did a redline pull yesterday and there is so much vibration in the higher RPM. I am guessing my crank is the issue here.

I'd like to understand the mindset that asks for, and accepts help but comes back to piss on those same people that took the time to share. My favorite is when OP asks for a mod to delete the thread. SMH
