Cool Stage 1 tuning

Hello all. I used this site for ages and finally got an account lol
So, my car came with an Injen intake and I added a catback onto it. At 30,000 miles (5k after I bought it) my engine blew up and after getting it back it doesn't idle right. I'm assuming that it's not tuned for the intake so I bought an open flash tuner.
I was looking into the off the shelf flashes and I don't match the Stage 2 tune because I have stock headers. I was wondering if the stage 1 tune would work even know I have an intake and a catback installed.
Thanks

every intake is different so either stick with oem with a drop in otherwise you'd need to have a custom tune that is tailored for your setup. From what i've read most of the time aftermarket intakes may give more headaches than any gains.

Hella late reply but its to do with the valve recall issues for the 2013’s. Im praying that a lawsuit or something goes through to Toyota so then I can get some money back and get some reps
