Advice about dealership mishap!

So I went in this morning for my first oil change...when I got the car back, I did a walk around but i didn't check throughly...I get home to discover a gash on my rear bumper and my rear spat, it looks like a tech bumped into it with something...what should I do now? I already drove the car out the dealership, will they believe that it wasn't me how caused the damage?

Maybe the dealership has security cameras showing what happened?

Bring it in to them and tell them it wasnt there when you dropped it off. If they are a good dealership they will fix it for you.

Go back to them and tell them what you noticed. Be civil about it and they should help out by getting you a new spat for free or at a discounted price.

I just called and basically it's what I feared, my word versus theirs...they basically said since I was "in and out" (from the line to the service rack) there's no way to prove it was their fault...he suggested I come back on Monday to speak with the service manager to see what they can do, but I have a feeling that they won't do anything to fix it...

That's barely noticeable… More likely you did it yourself, I would just forget about it.

Are you married? Is your wife hot?

If yes, yes, have her take it back.

Seriously though, most guys in any blue collar job get all around good looking women.

I had my GF drive my old car to get an oil change once when I had a migraine and couldn't see straight.

Got the oil change for free and they gave her like 4 free touchless car wash tickets and cleaned the entire interior

its so true, if my wife brought her old car into get serviced, they'd vaccum it, give it a car wash and throw in some extra work for free. If i brought the car in, i was lucky if they let me hang out.
