I figured out AFR on it.
Been testing it for several weeks now. The only issue is that the refresh rate on the ScanGuage is pretty slow for a PID of this nature but it works perfectly fine so long as you are not tuning with it. It is a good way to keep an eye on it if something were to go wrong. Also keep in mind the AFR on these vehicles is pretty innacurate below 11.2:1 with the factory wideband so anything you see below that should be taken with a grain of salt. This is perfectly fine but just something you need to be aware of. The gauge will really not see anything below 10.8:1 and should not be used for tuning but rather general monitoring. I have datalogged the ScanGauge with EcuTek for comparison and other than the speed of display its good to go. I will post the codes later. I just don't happen to have them on me at the moment. My current display setup for reference is Boost, AFR, IAT, and Oil Temp. The only PID I really wish I could figure out is the KR (knock retard). Other than that the ScanGauge is a great option that is super cheap compared to competition for general monitoring.

Old thread, but here's the AFR code I got to work.
CANSF Alt A/F General - TXD: 07DF0144 RXF: 04414544 RXD: 2808 MTH: 05B900800000 Like AZFA20 said response is Meh and below 11.2ish is iffy. Also, the gauge won't read accurately until you've given the sensor time to heat up. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk

This is awesome!
What a deal this gauge is for the money. Unreal. I saw it before, but can't find it now. Someone found a way to use the SG2 as a wide band? If you know what I'm referring to, please guide me in the right direction. |

OK, I need help.
Initially the oil temp worked great. Then, I tried the AFR and ever since then the gauge has been fucked. I for the life of me can't get the oil temp to work any more. How can I reset the xgauge list to start over? Is there no way to undo the changes and go back to factory? The reset option in the menue just changes shit like the color and engine displacement... :/ |

Remove the AF code. From memory you can erase a new PID by blanking the first character of one of the entry line. It's in the manual.

Has anyone been able to get the seat belt chime to turn off? I don't know how to send that command.
