When I emailed the dealer he said it should be in ~2 weeks from now. The car is allocated to the dealer and he stated "The car has a confirmed status, but it has not been unloaded from the boat yet, which means it has not landed in the US yet."

I was until the other day when I got my ETA (June 11th) I'm first and only at my dealer.

Even though I know Cherry Hill is the one getting a large # of allotments in my area, I chose another for my dealer in Hamilton, NJ, all the way because I saw a red mark w/ Cherry Hill in the comprehensive thread on BRZ.


The services at my dealer are really good, at least the internet sales manager is very nice so far. But its size is small, only three assigned.

Becker Subaru in PA is getting 11. I'm 3rd with a Red Limited... so I guess I'm screwed for a while lol if you guys aren't even getting any info. And there's another Red in front of us, and silver.

I think all of us in NYS and other areas serviced by SDC are will waiting for details. Mine (#1 in line) is reportedly part of the "May allocation" which should arrive late in the month or possibly early June, along with four other presold cars plus two cars for stock/test drives. I don't know the full 2013 allocation but I suspect that it'll be fairly large as the dealership is the #2 in the nation. (Used to be #1...) I would guess that I'll know more any day now.

At this point, I'm not concerned about it - as long as mine is part of the first shipment, there's no reason to get uptight about it; it'll arrive when it arrives. I am slightly concerned that it'll arrive when I'm on vacation at the beginning of June and I'll have to wait until I return to get it!

I don't remember what thread its in but someone who spoke with an SoA rep got info about some sort of list that tells SoA how many cars are on each boat. The Baltimore port was supposed to get 200+ BRZs delivered yesterday and another 100+ by Thursday. Unfortunately I have no clue if its 100% accurate or how long it would take to process 200 cars. Now, i did a little sleuthing last night and there are a couple Japanese RoRo ships in the Baltimore/East Coast area. One was leaving and one approaching so this info could be good news for all of us.

I can't say for sure since this is only time I worked with them. They are right over the bridge for me, about 15+ mins away. This is also first time I ever pre-ordered a car too... but seems to be pretty bad service, lol.

Takes a few e-mails to get any response from them.... no phone calls from them except once.... and when I call, I get put on hold until it disconnects.

Called them 3 times (I'm only counting the times I actually spoke to someone this time), and I received no new information...

I did take a lot of test drives at Concordville Subaru... they're awesome there. A few times they gave me keys to WRXs, STis, Legacys, etc to drive... there is a road by the dealership they showed me to have fun. That's pretty good service.

Yep, that was me. The SoA rep looked at something he called an "Import Arrival Spreadsheet" and said that 213 BRZs would be at the Baltimore port on Monday and another 129 on Thursday. There's also the Boston port that's used for the NE area. Sorry, didn't ask about that one. I'm hoping the info is accurate and the VINs will be assigned soon.
