P0202 engine code and others. What should I do?

July 1st - in the morning the car sounded weird, under powered, like one of the cylinders wasn't working as the UEL sound was much more pronounced.

My scanguage gives me the following error codes:
P0202 - Cylinder 2 Injector Circuit Malfunction

and these shortly after the one above most of which I can't find descriptions for:
U3237
U3337
U3238
P0B37
P0F37
and many more.

I left my car sitting once I go to work and cleared the codes. When I came back out to my car in the afternoon it started right up like normal and drove it home.

July 2-4 car was fine.

July 5th - I started my car this afternoon for the first time since last night. I'm getting similar engine codes as back on July 1st. Not sure why it ran fine late July 1st until now.
Engine codes:
P0202
P0032
P0033
P0034
P0037
P0038

Anyone have suggestions? I've had the @moto-east tune for over a year now without any issues. No other engine related issues aside from this. Haven't changed anything on the car in many months. My warranty is up so no free repairs unless it was a recall.

Someone told me to check the coil packs by unplugging them one by one with the engine on. He said if the idle changes when you unplug one, then it's a good pack.

I was able to barely squeeze my hand down there to unplug them one by one. The only one that didn't change the idle was the drivers side closest to the front. Is it safe to assume this is also cylinder #2 that goes alone with P0202?

Does this mean I have a bad coil pack? If so why would it have failed back on the morning of July 1st, then be ok up until this morning?

P0202 means you have a bad injector circuit. Coilpack failure would sent a P0352 on cylinder 2. The other codes seem to indicate a faulty heated O2 sensor.

I'll try swapping the direct injectors to see if the code changes or stays the same.

its unlikely all those things failed at once their will be a common cause like shorted wiring or voltage stability issues.

That didn't go very well... I took out the fuel rail shield, the fuel rail, and swapped the injectors. I looked at both injectors and they seemed ok. I plugged it back in and one of the bolt holes stripped. I turned on the car and gas spewed everywhere. I pulled it off again and notice the injector that was in the 'bad' port has a washer that's bad (in multiple pieces). I'm not sure if I just didn't notice this before or not. So I at least have to get a new injector or rubber washer for it if they sell those separately. Not sure if it's ok to have only one bolt hole working properly. I can still tighten it, but when it's all the way on it just keeps spinning. The bolt is fine but the hole isn't. Damn car!

I checked all the fuses again even remotely related to the o2 heater fuse and they all looked ok.

Tomorrow morning I need to call the Subaru dealer to see if they have an injector or injector washer by riding my bicycle down there. Hopefully I can get the damn thing working! I think I'm f'ed with the bolt hole.

You can helicoil the bolt hole it's never going to hold under pressure with one bolt. You may have torn the O-ring putting the injector back in again not a big expense to replace it. My advice to you would be to take it to a professional shop though.

Called the Subaru dealer this morning. They said they had the part (o-ring washer for the port injector). Rode my bike there, the guy at the counter said they didn't. Best he could do is order it and have it tomorrow and give it to me 40% off so $4 ish instead of 8. Rode my bike to Toyota on the way home and they didn't have it either. Even if I do get the injector back on with the new o-ring seal, my bolt hole in the supercharger manifold is also stripped so I may be screwed as I'm not sure it will hold down tight. I also don't know if the injector seal was the issue or not.

After I get the injector in and either with the helicoil or without if it will hold enough, if it seems less than 100% fixed I'm going to take it to a shop.

It ended up being the water pump for the intercooler for my Sprintex/Innovate kit. It's plugged into the #2 fuel injector wiring plug. Not sure why they chose this spot for power for the fuel pump. It was a little loose. I bent the end of the pin just a hair and shoved it in. All is good now.
