Tying Alabama White BBQ Sauce tomorrow with some smoked birds. I should probably keep this on the down-low as I'm sure it is an arrestable offence in KC...

Whisk until smooth and chill in fridge for 4 hours.
1c mayo
1/4c apple cider vinegar
2tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp brown mustard
1tsp lemon juice
1tsp horseradish
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
1/8tsp onion powder
1/4tsp cayenne pepper
1/4tsp worcestershire

Lobstah Roll (and a bag o chips). They hooked it up with the lobster too.. it looks like all sauce but there were huge chunks of it consistent. Was a grab and go togo from the airport restaurant on Martha's Vineyard.

The Alabama White BBQ sauce can stay in AL. Did not enjoy. Way to much vinegar taste, almost ruined a chicken.

That bring said my side dish of smoked russet potatoes 'n onions drizzled with olive oil, garlic, black pepper, rosemary and salt, wrapped in foil turned out amazing. The new sour cream dressing was fantastic, and one for the books.

Sour cream + half a lime, 1 cloce of garlic, 1tsp of blackening seasoning and some dashes of chipoltle smoked hot sauce (tabasco.) Small amount added a very interestig yet flavorfull kick to the standard roasted baked 'tader.
