Lol, for me it's the design and yeah, the RB sounds amazing (even with the 4 Cali cats on mine).

Totally get that. I browsed the wikipedia page and it jogged my shallow awareness of the RB engines.

  • Water: 37.7% to 62.4% (mean, 49%)
  • Muscle: 2.1% to 14.8% (median, 12.1%)
  • Skeletal tissue: "Bone and cartilage, observed in some brands, were not expected; their presence may be related to the use of mechanical separation in the processing of the meat from the animal. Small amounts of bone and cartilage may have been detached during the separation process."
  • Connective tissue
  • Blood vessels
  • Peripheral nerve tissue. Brain tissue was not detected in any of the samples.
  • Adipose tissue—"The amount of lipid observed was considerable and was seen in both adipose tissue and as lipid droplets. Lipid content on oil-red-O staining was graded as 1+ (moderate) in 6 burgers and 2+ (marked) in 2 burgers."
  • Plant material: "was likely added as a filler to give bulk to the burger""

Found a great little Asian market next to the branch I’m working out of the next two weeks. Spent 80 bucks on just snacks. Hope they last till Friday.

Yeah, nah, I don't do rice crackers. LOL. And yes, people look at me weird and are shocked when I tell them I don't like rice crackers {wonder if it's cuz I'm Asian, lmao).

Relatives tell me I'm Irish, but I hate Irish whiskey, and can't stand corned beef.

Love nori maki arare.

Other than a cookbook, I have no idea what I'm getting. Carhartt shirts are always a safe bet.

I'm afraid Christmas is going to be a bit rough for me this year. It's my mom's birthday.
