Hey folks! After months of waiting, my order finally arrived yesterday and I went down to test drive and take delivery! However, maybe it was the months of hype and anticipation, but the test drive itself really left me disappointed by this car.

Long & short of it --- I'm going to be surrendering my order here in Orange County, CA if anyone is interested in/knows someone interested in taking delivery of a Black 6MT Premium in the next week. It's available NOW.

Send me a DM if you or someone you know is interested and I can put you in touch with my dealer.

Apologies in advance for cross-posting this for visibility -- but I'd rather the car go to an enthusiast from the message boards than some rando.

Thanks, I’m 1081, so can’t imagine being too far behind. I had a late December estimate, and supposedly am done at the port so just waiting for the dealer to call with good news.

I’d check with a few other dealers. Your dealer might be out of allocations and they don’t want you buying elsewhere

Still no call yet from dealer... I don't think it takes 10 days to get a car to dealer when the port is 4 hours away. If I have time today I'm going to do a drive by at the dealership.

I'm up in NC and it took them 2 weeks to get mine to the dealer.

Got an email, car is ready for pick up tomorrow! FYI we ordered in mid August. Dealer said he is looking in storage for a bow.

I just saw a truck with a WRB limited going north on 95 in SC. Sounds like SOMEONE is getting one for Christmas!

No, she’s waiting for Tint/PPF. I’ll be back to pick her up soon enough lol.

Finally got mine this morning, sadly no 'december to remember' bow. Car low end torque feels way better than even my stage 2 2016.

Ordered a White Limited MT back on 10/18/2021 with an ETA of March 2022. It'll be quite the change from my CVT CR-Z, but I'm super excited!

Question: I pinged my dealer yesterday looking for any updates and he mentioned the ETA now being January 2022, though we have no VIN because the car (presumably) has not been built yet. Is it typical for the ETA to move up like that? With no indication that it's been built I sorta doubt it's getting delivered next month lol

Nice! Hopefully true. I talked to my salesman the other day and he mentioned that the ETA he gave me originally is a worst case scenario, just being overly conservative with the dates, and that it's likely to come sooner. No guarantees of course.

But keep us updated! It will give me hope if yours comes in ahead of schedule haha
