All I have listed in the original post, a pedal assemble/slave cylinder line, and some way to "trick" and make the auto ecu happy. Sure there will be little things here and there but not completely sure on it as I've personally never have done it.

Most people will tell you that you will need a manual transmission ecu, and it's majority state that as an assumption. Way I look at it as, if you've never done it or know someone that has done it they really don't know. I just know I've seen more "advanced/sophisticated" auto setups dropped in the past.
