Hello as shown in pix it’s a lot of tedious angles and creavaces in this wheel and tried sandpaper and a couple blunt edges what’s a good way to remove paint with paint stripper

Exactly, all shops that paint wheels, use sandblasting. That should deal with getting paint out from multiple recesses/bores. Pity you already spent lot of time on manual sanding off ..
