^^^This is exactly what I suggested he do to begin with
I knew there was more to this story than Jason was posting. As I mentioned earlier, you need to send Moto-East a data log and do the proper research
@frs baby Please work this matter out directly with Moto-East instead slamming their good reputation

We take our reputation seriously because that's what sets us apart from a lot of the other folks that don't know the 86 platform like we do. Fortunately one of our customers clued us in as to this thread (and the facebook posts).

If you have beef with us please back up what you have posted here and elsewhere. You ordered a custom tune, do not give us your setup, and then we're at fault for the "tune not working right." If you blow up the car by giving us the wrong information, then you alone blew it up.

You are one of very few unhappy customers. VERY few. As in less than 1/2 of 1%. Some might wait a bit and that's not the best thing in the world, but if your tuner isn't busy then your tuner probably isn't very good.

Who is Cameron? Care to back this up? If we don't even know who he is then I'm not quite sure why he's the authority on the quality of our tunes.

And moto east is great, something clearly went wrong in the process - which is too bad too hear.
Good question as his new much improved tune isn't safe to drive on with boost. But we're at fault right?

So if you had simply answered our emails with appropriate responses (as in, answer our actual questions) or given us the time of day to help you, you'd be riding around at full boost right now without a problem.

Phil covered most of it above, but please do not make libelous statements without backing up what you have to complain about. I'm proud to say that we have one of the best track records in the industry, and we've been so busy that we have barely had time to post on the forums these days. But that reputation is well earned. If you'd like to take some cheap shots then have it backed up because otherwise you're making absurdly false statements.

Glad to see you and Phil chime in here. Your shop's reputation is well known throughout this forum, and in Saskatchewan. I do not think Jason even has his own laptop to run ECUtek, he may have bitten off more than he could chew here.

Cam from Lightspeed is a full-on retard. Listen to this quote from him:

"Your car isn't tuned for highway pulls and top speed runs, it's tuned for drag racing"
-97 Talon TSI

Don't worry, that car blew up twice after he rebuilt and tuned it.

I wouldn't trust him to tighten the wheel on a skateboard let alone tune my motor.

Blacked out my headlights finally! now I may want to smoke my side markers and turn signals... so I added to my mod list? dammit

Have a few parts to put on over the next 2 weeks while I have a full garage and tools to myself. Not nearly as cool as JPx haha Need to put in some orders for parts but also need to balance the books.

Life everyone, life. Thankfully I can do some side work for coin... but handjobs don't pay as well with the low cost of oil...

Yep, baked, sprayed, baked again. Back together and in my FRS now. I would have posted pictures but the car is so dusty from storage. I need to tend to that before photos

I thought the BRZ head lights come mostly blacked out anyway?

Oh I see. I will be just covering mine with a 3M tint, nothing too involved
They might appear somewhat dark from different angles, but I'll be smoking the headlights, drl and fogs

If you paid for a tune, and he fucked up, and then fixes it.... Isn't that just good business practice? Not some magical gift
