I love the color in all different lights, has anyone noticed how it is almost purple at night-time? I'm at 760 something and cant wait until I can actually take it higher then 4k RPM it just starts sounding really nice right around there.

Toms weekend car and street car product development
That was a few weeks ago when we first got the car in, I'll post some updated pictures once we put some mods on it.

The forward cover and skid plate are actually removed. They're nice though, keeps things nice and clean under there.

This was for a Tanabe overpipe and Tomei catless titanium frontpipe.

and of course I bought because I've been in love with the twins since highschool, I just can't believe I got my hold on one this soon. I love it.

I've been watching the BRZ for a long time and was planning on buying a dark grey metallic, but I jumped at the chance to get a hyperblue. Needless to say I've been very happy with my car, and just hit 1000 miles a couple days ago.

The first two pictures are from the day I picked up the car. Not the best weather but the car was amazing.

I had tint installed on the car last weekend, 35% on the front sides, 20% on the rear sides and rear window. I think it looks great but I still get some glare off my side mirrors from trucks and SUVs. I added 2" circle blind spot mirrors and a k&n air filter. Does anyone have any thoughts on air filters? I've read a lot both ways. Oil in the engine from the filter is the thing I'm a little concerned about.

I plan on adding clear side markers and a center armrest in the next couple weeks. Not sure what after that but I've looked into headers, a tune, and some jpmcoachworks goodies.

Stock air box with a swapped filter is pretty much top notch. Are you talking about filter oil?

Also JPM you'll have to send them a sample piece of interior trim that's stitched, or get them to send you a bunch of thread samples to get a match. I actually already talked to them a week ago. :p

Stock air box with a k&n drop-in filter is what I put in. I've heard they may get oil (from the filter?) in the engine over time.

I've been talking to JPM as well They sent me their blue threads that didn't quite match up and asked if I could send a piece for them to color match. I've been planning on doing that but I'm not sure what piece I can get out without scratching that I won't miss for a month.

Look into the Rexpeed convex mirrors. They have a slight blue tint and I find they really help reduce glare. They also eliminate all blind spots when positioned correctly.
