Is tranny flush fairly easy to do on the ground or is the skid plate in the way of the plug? Motul 300 is for both dif and tranny?

You have to remove the fiberglass tray to get at the transmission but the aluminum skid plate can stay on. Jack it up as high as your jack stands will go and it's not too bad to do.

Gear 300 is good for both the diff and tranny.

I would just make an appointment with slick and have him do it for you. Like I previously posted, he did mine last week and used Motul Gear 300 on both the diff and tranny. He also used original washers etc.. and really took his time to do an excellent job. And he is very reasonable with his pricing (dare I say cheap?)
I couldn't see myself taking of the skid plate without a hoist. And using jack stands on the front to do the transmission will give you limited space to work. Also, your car won't be level so it will be harder to top off the transmission. You will then have to jack up the back to do the rear and have the same problem.

Just for future reference,
jack front
place safety stands
lower vehicle onto safety stands
remove jack
jack rear
place safety stands
lower vehicle onto safety stands
remove jack
vehicle is level

Slick.

Be weary though if you ask a tech to help. I asked a tech to help with my springs and he said no because it would take 4 hours.
Took my friend and I 2 max in a cramped garage going one corner at a time lol
