Performance Package Dust Covers - Fronts the same as non-PP? Brembo GT compatible?

I am getting ready to install Brembo GT brake kits front and rear on my car. The Brembo GT kit has rotors that are physically the same size as the Performance Package Brembo rotors with 326mm x 30mm fronts and 316mm x 20mm rears (Brembo GT Front / Brembo GT Rear).

I think the Performance Package dust covers should fit the Brembo GTs perfectly. I am having trouble determining if the front PP dust covers are the same as the front non-PP dust covers. After searching, the only thread I could find is this one: Performance Package Dust Cover / Shield

There is a definite consensus the rear PP dust covers are different from the rear non-PP dust covers. However, some users report the front PP dust covers to be identical to the front non-PP dust covers and other users report them to different. I can't find a definitive answer.

These are the Subaru Performance Package dust cover part numbers:

Front Left: 26290CA030
Front Right: 26290CA020
Rear Left: 26704VA010
Rear Right: 26704VA000

Does anyone have experience with both PP and non-PP front dust covers? Are the PP and non-PP front dust covers physically the same?

@Mike_ZN6

I don't have easy access to my installed PP dust shields right now, but taking a quick measure of the base dust shield off the car it seems to be just under 12" (<304mm) at its widest.

That's clearly too small to fit over the 326mm PP rotor

According to the parts catalogue, all facelift gen 1s have the bigger brake shield including the ones without Brembos. Pre-facelift gen 1s and all gen 2s have the smaller shield.

On one of the youtube install vids, you can see the difference between the shields.

The front shield doesn't shroud over the rotor so it's optional IMO.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. It might be true for some markets but my 17' manual EU facelift came with smaller front dust shields (we did get PP cars only as special edition) which I swapped for larger ones while installing GT kit.
For Toyota PN I got:
SU00306803
SU00306804

Thank you for the confirmation the front PP dust shields will work with the front Brembo GT kit.

Thanks for clearing this up. The front PP dust covers are definitely larger.

It sounds like the confusion related to the front dust covers is attributable to the 2017+ models having the larger dust shields on all cars in some markets.

Yes to clarify, I upgraded to GT Front BBK on my Base 2014.

The PP-specific part number you provided fits the GT Fronts. I think there are several other confirmations in various threads
