For p2271 code, it is showing this: Oxygen (O2) Sensor Signalstuck Rich (Bank 1 - Sensor 2).

Anyone had this issue before? Maybe its the aftermarket PL high-flow cat front pipe. I didn't have any issue with the pipe before though.

Ok you have a flex fuel kit ?,
flex kits generally re-purpose the evap input or the rear 02 sensor input, as the flex sensor input to ecu.

If your kit uses the rear 02 input for flex then the tuner may have forgot to disable all the rear 02 cel codes in ecu, as the rear 02 wires will now be connected to flex kit . If your flex kit uses evap purge as input then you have genuine problem with rear 02 sensor or some other problem.

talk to the tuner.

Yes hopefully its just the sensor. No CEL when i picked up the car though. It came on after about 30 miles on the way home. Hopefully its an easy fix and nothing mechanical or any to do with the tune.

Way back when I got my first tune from works they forgot to disable the cell that would come on from having a catless exhaust. It took like 2 days befor it threw the code.

It's been awhile since I've been there. Does works actually tune utilizing the delicious tuning flex fuel kit these days? Or was it a delicious tune?

I believe it was a custom tune by works using the delicious tuning flex fuel kit. They must of forgot that I have high flow cat front pipe. We will know tomorrow.

Ok, took it back to Works. Got the ecu reflashed with some minor tweaks. The problem was it was overboosting, especially in cold temps under heavy load. Its fixed now. Car is running good and strong. Thanks to the great customer support from Works.

Dude, 42% ethanol is no bueno. Where have you been getting your corn juice from?

You DO realize that it is imperative to log data on a FI setup, ESPECIALLY right after a new tune?
It cost me a whole $18 for a OBDII reader and the torque app.
And I use the OBDII reader to read & clear codes on all of my other cars.

I'm with justatroll here, OP is sort of the type of person to blow his engine then blame the tuner, or subaru/toyota for building a "bad" motor.

Actually e42 would mean there's a mix of 91 50%, I'm more inclined to believe that OP or whoever filled the car up did it with a half tank of either 91 or filled up the tank halfway with e85. It's unlikely that the station is at fault otherwise there would be a major influx in people with issues flooding that station. He has flex fuel so it's not the worst situation, the tune will just adjust for it.

That was with a mix. I am at 75-80% ethanol when filled with e85 at my local gas station here.

I am not blaming anyone... WORKS Motorsports did a great job at customer support and did not charge me anything extra for the reflash and fix. Car is running good now.

That was said before I knew you got it taken care of and read the codes, I apologize
