Today I learned that getting back into a gym routine is harder then when I started in the first place.

I feel you there. I had a good week, now I'm sorry, eating a tub of peanut butter pretzels, and not wanting to lift anything but a video game controller

First week is always the roughest. Drink some BCAAs during your workout and you'll feel a lot better the next day.

I am on it. Running low need to order more though.

I have found that if I mix my pre-work out the night before and slam it as soon as I wake up I can't go back to sleep so that has been helpful. I just need to not forget to make it in the evening

Today I learned that imagination is better than reality. Maybe that's where it all went wrong.

Today I learned, it's time to get back on the path towards proper fitness. I've been way too consumed with job-related things, pandemic nonsense, and an overall lack of motivation.

If I could recommend a brand, go with Transparent Labs, it doesn't taste good, but boy does it work.

I can't wait for the gyms to reopen again...
I just started to settle back into my routine and the government shut everything down again.

I need the gym to keep up with my eating habits
