My co driver recently jumped ship to run K-Mod so there is now a seat available in my minimally prepped, stock wheeled, BRZ if anyone is interested.
I think without the GT-R in the field this year that SM will fall to a 240sx driver or one of the Evo 9s. But it's very likely the 240's take 1st/2nd and maybe 4th.

Good luck everyone that is out there this year. Don't forget to protest each other over trunk pieces and the Koni's giving more camber!

Chris Mayfield got his hands on a fresh Subaru build this is downright nutty. 3R built it, right down to the $16k sequential tranny. He's my pick, but the car is only 2 events old, so Panda may spoil it. O'Gorman decided to go to Laguna Seca for another round of PWC, so he won't be driving Panda this year. SM and SSM can breath easier.

On another note, got my car corner balanced and aligned again last night. It was WAY off, like really bad, so I'm feeling pretty good knowing I was competitive in Wilmington with a terrible alignment.

Also, thanks to Scion Racing. They finally returned my emails from June trying to get registered for contingency for the Pro/Nationals even though the form said register by 3/31. They agreed to not only let me register, but pay my claim from the Pro. Class act!

You must've been real far off with rake and ride heights, because my car won't stray past 48/52 no matter what I do

Corner balance was a little off at 47.9 after I added a lot of parts. The alignment is what was really off. Toe changed after I lowered all 4 corners equally, and the front left camber had slipped a bit. Basically the car was a disaster lol. At 49.9 cross weights now and have the alignment dialed back in to where I want it.

It is almost time! I know some folks are already there for the Finale, good luck!

How about that forecasted rain on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday? Prefer not to run in the wet but it should make things interesting

What Dave said. I'm on Rivals and will not swap to the Prius tires until it's time to go home.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I received positive feedback from them as well.

Anyone know if the SCCA tech trailer has the Scion Racing/TRD decals, or if one must get them directly from Toyota?

Must get from Toyota. At least that's how it was at the NT events. Did you register for them at the start of the year? Scion/Toyota required everyone to register in March I think so if you didn't then you can't run their contingency.

When they let me register earlier this week, he 2nd dayed me the stickers. Can probably get on the phone with them Monday and have them sent to your hotel if you think you've got a shot!
