You're literally a child...please do us all a favor and remove yourself from this forum before you embarrass yourself any further.

The other option I suggest would be to go have a beer or some whiskey and chill the f out.

I think the key point that many of you are missing, is that is really isn't about the money aspect, or losing business. Like it has been mentioned, the customers who will be attracted to a cheap imitation like this would never be customers of ours anyways.

It is the principle.

Not a single one of you would be thrilled if something that you had spent a significant amount of time and effort on was exactly replicated and sold as an original design. Not one.

Overall, it's really just frustrating for us, seeing as there isn't much we can do but to make sure customers are informed on the business practices of two-bit scam artists.

@Dimman I see and appreciate what you are trying to do, you have my gratitude. Some people just don't/won't get it.

"Awesome news. Just got off the phone with FT86SpeedFactory, one of the outlets that was retailing this product, and they are pulling the PLM product off of their site. Either way, make it a point to request other resellers do the same and do not support the blatant theft of our intellectual property. And thanks to FT86SF for doing the right thing on this. Please don't let up on other retailers who move this product through their facilities. Means a hell of a lot to us at Nameless." - Taken from Nameless's Facebook page.

This is silly; I just bought the entire PLM exhaust system, header, over-pipe, and mid-pipe. Call me what you want but I know the level of involvement required to bring a concept to a reality in America. By America I mean development, concept expenditures, concept testing, re-development all done by paid Americans with American taxes. From one entrepreneur to the next, Nameless values their R&D very highly..... I will be happy to contribute an unbiased review of this product for those who care to know.

I have their overpipe and its fantastic however I will be happy to comply if this forum uses this case as a precedent for dealing with future knockoffs and replicas...

What are your opinions on fitment, performance, etc. as owners of this header? I would like to hear what you all think of the header; not what others think about the ethics of buying one.

It's on no leaks although I did header wrap it to be safe.

However the tune is not perfect mike is making some corrections and I don't want to finish the review until I have the car running 100% right.

The exhaust hasn't arrived yet but don't you worry I will be installing it ASAP; I have a dyno less than a mile away from my house. We shall have some things to talk about in the near future. give it a week or so.

Well thanks to the aggressive action of a few, these headers are selling for less on Ebay. There was an ad for $500 or best offer, so just for fun I offered $375. 15 minutes later, offer accepted, paid for, and I'm the proud new owner. These people might be ripping off Nameless, but I made sure they didn't profit from it. That's $375 with free shipping. You can't tell me they are making a profit from that.

Now if I can find a good deal welding on some thicker flanges and get an inner/outer heatshield coating applied. After all, there's a lot of tubing to cover and I'm not going to be wrapping all that up.

The aren't going to willingly sell it for a loss that easily considering how new it is.

What happened was probably this, the reseller was encouraged to pull the PLM tong tube headers from their product lineup, they contacted PLM to return and get credit, PLM gave credit and said just keep them, it's not worth shipping them back, and the reseller took them off their website and put them on Ebay. So the reseller didn't lose money, PLM did.
