Hello!

First off, My name is Maverick
I have been building a 2004 Celica GTS for the last two years.

here is a link to the celica build thread.
http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=346898&referrerid=13372630

My first Mod was to swap the Celica and FRS wheels out because honestly the OE wheels are awful.
Then I made a custom intake.

Yesterday I drove to Nags Head North Carolina, my odometer has about 500 miles on it now.

Tomorrow I am ordering J2 dual exhaust and a Injen or Takeda intake As soon as I finish getting them installed, I will order either lowering springs or full coilovers.
I am just trying to take things one day at a time and enjoy my warranty.

New exhaust today.

Fitament is off, but it sounds great!

Painted tails;

wideband 02 bung welded thanks to Jesse

Good progress so far. What other plans do you have later on? And do you still have the Celica?

What exhaust is that? How much did you get it for and would you be able to put up a vid? I'd love to see what it sounds like off of still stock car

Yes, I still have the celica. It is sitting in my garage. I am building the engine again in it right now.

As for the exhaust. It is the J2 dual SS 4.5 inch tip catback. I paid just over 4 for it. there are a couple of videos on youtube of it. DNA's video is the most accurate sounding imo.

Future plans- Coilovers within the next month or two. Greddy intake, Five axxis kit, cusco or megan racing rear LCA's. Front and rear sway bars, strut tower braces, uni chip. Eventually I would like to boost it, But I want my warranty to be over first. I will be getting different wheels and tires soon hopefully.

I am also interested in Fabbing up a custom intake mainifold out of aluminum and polishing it. Thank God there is a dyno down the road for me to test potential gains.

As for carbon fiber hoods and trunks, that's a NO No, I grew out of that.
I am interested in a BBK and a cf lip, side lips and a rear diffuser.

I should have most of it done within six months.

Well my order is supposedly canceleed now.

There is a shop downtown I have paint all of my things. I had them pant my wifes car last year and its super clean

If you want me to do it I can, But I will have your car for atleast 4 days. I take my time and do things perfectly. You can have the fenders painted on your own and it will be cheaper.
