Final revision on the right below. Machinist told me he was going to cut it from both sides anyway, so I changed the design a bit to be a little nicer looking and easier to install.

We're looking at about a month for production units to be machined, coated, and ready for sale.

Thanks,
Eric

I'm just hoping I can pick up a unit before June 13 so I can have them install it with my gear set and clutch.

Wow just saw this. I'd be interested in this since I may be upgrading my clutch by the end of the year.

Snagged a few photos from my machinist on the first article that is headed to me.

We will test fit it once we receive it, ensure it matches the print, and then production order will begin.

Thanks,
Eric

Working on that .

We had another person send us a picture of a broken pivot point, right at the threads where it goes into the transmission case. Anyone else had this issue? Logically it does not make sense with how it broke as this point should see mostly compression and no bending load but before writing it off as a fluke, wanted to ask...

Thanks,
Eric

I don't know if this is a common problem on 86es or not. However, this used to be a fairly common issue on older Nissans, and an upgraded Nismo clutch fork pivot used to be offered.

Yeah I have also seen the upgraded Clutch fork pivots, here is an example if this is what you are talking about: http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/350z01/21-2167
Here is the HKS reinforced one as an example as well: http://www.enjukuracing.com/products...-vg30-z32.html

Can verify that i had quite a few SR20's where the stupid pivot ball was an issue. IF we are upgrading to a new fork..might as well do both..

We'll start looking into doing the pivot as well, should be a relatively inexpensive piece in quantity. The forks will be coming out first though of course.

Units are nearing the finish line!

Thanks,
Eric
