Sure I will definitely go. I am excited about passing 1k, it has become more of a psychological thing to me.
I have recently been on lime creek at night and that was a fun drive, stock tire is a bit slippery though.

Looking forward to the run!
I knocked out my 1k in a week couldn't mentally stand knowing i should stay under 4k but i still had the CEL so i don't think it would have made a difference or not if i dogged the crap out of it from day 1. That's the beauty of the stock tire, this car is tail happy. I threw some Pilot Super Sports in stock size on my car after i cooked the stockers and i love the added grip, totally different car.

Haha...yeah, no i-products at this Apple Store. Unless apple i-ce cream counts. I usually get a cup or cone while I'm there! It's good ...stuff.

Ya'll be careful on the backroads. We're not leaving Medina without yous Austin guys and no "pullovers" tomorrow...that's not on the agenda or itinerary. Rule #1 - Do not deviate from the agenda or itinerary.

I'm thinking we might just take I35. It's takes the same amount of time but I am worried that if we lose cell signal my phone navigation will crap out. And God help us if we get lost in the back country with nothing but Subaru's standard navigation to save us.

better safe than sorry and with our luck those back roads would be crawling with cops looking for the easy kill.

Please don't take I35. I don't think I could stand it. The route you have planned out is simple enough.

290 to 281 to 473 into 27. At that point, the worst we could do is end up overshooting into Kerrville

btw, congrats to the new owner of the white FR-S I saw turning left on La Frontera with the dealer plates that I stopped to give you room to turn and gave you a wave.
Think I saw it parked next to me in an HEB parking lot.

do any of you think I need to shorten the oil change interval after the 3 sisters run? The motor was running above 4.5k pretty much the whole time...

It should be ok, but it wouldn't hurt to change the oil sooner.

Saw a blue one sitting in a parking lot off mesa and old jollyville.

Mesa between 2222 and spicewood springs is like white privilege the road.
