Curse of the TuRD short shift adapter. Either installed without bushings or it came loose. Did you have at least a day where the lever was tight and you could not rotate it? If so, it came loose. If not, it was installed without bushings.

It was always tight until it went in for this last round of "repair". I'm tempted to ask them to take the TRD adapter out because I never wanted it and it's only been a pain.
