AVO Turbo Inlet Pipe falls off

I have tried everything I can think of to get my AVO turbo inlet pipe to stay on. Hairspray, new clamp,t bar clamp etc....... Does anyone has a surefire way for this to stay attached? AVO claims to have never heard of the issue but my searches seem to prove others have had a similar issue. I would rather not pull the turbo and have a bead welded on but I am considering it

scuff up the pipe, clean it with brake cleaner, and then clamp it with a worm gear clamp.

Have had no issues on mine in 30k miles. As stated above clean, check the clamp if it was over torqued and damaged the teeth it will not clamp good.
