Hello,
Just picked up this 2013 FRS with 11,000 miles on the clock. Car has MCS coilovers, camber plates, billet rear control arms, stainless steel brake lines, and 2 piece rotors along with TRD exhaust. Cant wait for auto x/track season to start this year. I'm coming from an IS300 that I prepped to run in E stock. |

I miss everything about my 88 Fiero aside from the lousy bushings and chevette brakes. It was fun to drive. 30 thousand in my first year with it. |

Hello
Thanks to some unexpected inheritance money I was able to pick up a new 86/Hakone.
It turns out, it is easy being green. I find myself looking at google maps for curvy roads and interesting destinations.... First 500 miles here I come. My last 'fun' vehicles were; - 88 Fiero.(just the Iron Duke) Med. Red Metallic bought new - 78 Sunbird (which I poured a lot of money into to include a new super duty Iron Duke for some reason) Looking forward to being a part of this rocking community. Not looking to mod too much... As I was typing this my dog barks and my OEM mud flaps show up at the door. |

New owner of a 2016 Scion FR-S with only 36k miles.
6MT, TRD exhaust, TRD springs and sway bars as well as a K&N filter. I plan to do a couple more upgrades but nothing crazy. I do plan to take it to some track days and autocross events. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |

Another Canuck here,
Purchased 2016 FR-S, 6MT, last April 2019 with 11,000 kms. She's a garage queen for the winter. Didn't have the heart to get her all salty , previous owner always stored her also. 100% stock, still with remainder of factory warranty so no plans for mods anytime soon. Actually, first mod, is one of @ichitaka05 stickers These twins bring me back to my youth (GenX if it matters), nice tall happy rear wheel drive, oh how I have missed this. And before anyone starts with there is all kinds of cars that create this feeling, and yes I agree. But not this easy on the wallet. This a great site, wealth of knowledge, I still spend hours reading forums learning about the experiences that everyone has had since 2012. Thanks for having me |

Hi there,
I may not be new to the forums, but I don’t post a lot and I have a question that might not belong here and I apologize, but I couldn’t find a “new car” post/section. I currently own a 2017 silver 86 is which I could only find at the time. I’m not a modder, but I wanted to know what people think of a 2019 TRD SE used at 8k miles at $25k vs. a 2020 BRZ Limited for $30k. I’d rather buy one of these rather than buying a paint job for my current car. Thank you. Please feel free to DM since this post is probably inappropriate, sorry again. |

I'm not sure of your location. In the US, you should be able to get a new (2020) GT or Hakone for under $30k. At least that was the case for me. The dealerships are probably hot to get you a deal now. |

Yeah, I’m in Hawaii. There are never deals here because the dealers know they have a monopoly on the island. Even the Type R’s go for $47k. I’ll wait it out, but I considered the TRD SE because of all the additives it has compared to the GT86, Limited BRZ, and even the Hakone 86(although they have none on island). The TRD SE is more inclusive than any of the previous choices just FYI. It’s the only reason I listed it.
