Well, wait just a cotton picken minute ( @Ultramaroon - do you see what he did there!)

That's 94 octane per Imperial gallon!

Which is about 92 octane per US gallon.

He is jest trying to sucker us across the border, to buy what they call higher octane gasoline.

Actually it would be per litre so about 3.75 times BETTER than a US gallon.
Using your calculations it is 352 octane.

I reckon that would depend upon what octane is ..... is ......

Are you talken bout RON or MON or AKI octanes?

Getting back to the price of Canadian gasoline, so, you sell it by the liter (or litre) as you call it?

No wonder I thought Canadian gas was so cheap - it was sold in liters NOT gallons -

THEN, ya all put the Canadian dollar / US dollar conversion in the mix to confuse the situation even more. No wonder when I got my VISA bill it didn't make sense -

AKI same as there.

Canadian right now. We have seen as much as $6.00 a gallon for regular in the past.
89AKI $3.80 US gallon
91AKI $4.23
94AKI $4.87

The exchange rate does not mean shit since I am not paying in US$ and using the rate does not reflect value just the difference in the currency at that point in time.

Litre is the proper spelling but as usual they had to change the word as to not confuse the 'Murcains.

Speaking of the British spelling of things being wrong...

Why is the MOD spelled "Ministry of Defence"?!?! Do you all have a war on fences or something. Mr. Johnson, tear down this fence! It is unsightly and casting unnecessary shade on my lawn.

Mofos, it's spelled "Defense" damnit!

...

Carry on.
