When I put the Suburban in reverse the side mirrors adjust down so you have a better view of the ground around you. This is great for us because of where we park the Suburban (top of our driveway) and having to back to the street, down a decent incline. It angles them perfectly so I can keep the left side of the driveway just in the driver's side mirror. This should be a standard safety feature but like rear view cameras. Technically, that should be doable since we have electrically adjustable mirrors and it doesn't involve folding.

Another update:
Started car this evening and played around with the mirror switch. managed to get driver side fully working again! Passenger side is still stuck with horizontal adjustment |
