18x9.5 +40 wheels with 265/35 Michelin PSS. -2 degrees camber all around. All 4 fenders rolled. ~1.5" drop on RCE T0's. Pics of my car and ride height in my build thread.

Only slight rubbing at front at FULL lock. Only rubbing on drivers side rear during very hard cornering and very hard compression.

Since I installed my grimmspeed strut bar, no rubbing during cornering (less body roll )

You should be pretty good with 255's with rolled fenders. Extreme conditions will cause rubbing though. It comes with the territory. I bet 245's is the sweet spot but it all depends the look you're going for. There is minimal performance gains with anything wider than a 225 on this car (while remaining N/A anyway).

BUMP

I still haven't found anybody with the specific setup of 255/35R18 tires on 9.5 +45 offset wheels and I am concerned about the front inner clearance with the liner by the firewall or any suspension arms (not the outer fender lip/sidemarker) at full lock. I am lowered 1.4" on coilovers with -1.9 degrees of camber in front.

I understand tire model matters for clearance and believe Hankook Ventus V12 would be a safe bet.

I am planning to have the same tires set up and wheels offset. Do you have any issue so far?

Thanks!

I had a slight rub at full lock even with the Hankooks which were the skinniest decent 255 tire I could find.

One possible resolution is steering stops: http://www.seriesblueadventures.com/...ment%EF%BB%BF/

In my case, I eventually went staggered with 18x8.5 235/40 front and 18x9.5 265/35 rear. The skinnier front was needed because I also switched from coilovers to TRD springs/Bilstein B8 struts which has even less inner clearance.

Depending on how low you are, you may rub the rear bumper tab - it's honestly not that big of a deal as it'll fix itself with time if you just leave it. Probably better to run 18x9.5 +40 square if you don't want to run a spacer or a staggered fitment like OP.

Personally I'm running 18x9.5 +38 square with 255/35 18 Firestone Firehawk Indy 500's lowered about 1.5 inches and I do not rub anywhere.

Camber settings: -2.2 F / -1.5 R
